Shipping and Production:
How long until my order is ships?
Each piece is made to order via our offices in downtown Los Angeles. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks (excluding holidays) for production, shipping thereafter. If you have a special deadline for pieces, please reach out to us via our email: info@maelangjewels.com. Additional fees may occur for rushed production, if it can be done. Please inquire.
Rush production times?
We do strive to make every experience, our very best. If you need your order by a specific date please email us at info@maelangjewels.com and we will try our best to accommodate.Note: We cannot guarantee an expedited speed.
Shipping Service do you use?
We ship all of our items via FedEx or UPS. If you prefer the latter due to your area, please reach out before completing your purchase. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email including your FEDEX or UPS tracking number to follow along its route.Shipping fees include insurance on all shipment orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable andmust directly reflect the cost of the jewelry to avoid possible abandonment and/or loss of package. All international shipments, ship via FedEx including the necessary paperwork to proceed through customs.
Ship internationally?
We strive to make and send our pieces to our clients internationally, however there are some countries that we are prohibited by law, to ship jewelry to. See list below where prohibited. For all international orders, please note that the receiver is responsible for the duties and taxes on orders required to go through customs.
